Welcome! I’m Melissa
transformation facilitator, business coach, and wealth educator with 16 years of teaching and facilitation experience and over 6,000 happy clients.
I’m a lifelong entrepreneur - starting out selling my jewelry to my teachers. I became a seeker at 15 after childhood trauma, and the path led me to becoming a transformation facilitator.
For nearly a decade I’ve been building my two main offerings: Life-Giving Business Collective + Mastermind and WEALTHY - work that moves between altar and architecture, body and balance sheet. Work that refuses to separate who you’re becoming from what you’re building. The result: businesses and finances as alive and vital as the soul building them.
My approach braids 18 years of inner work, education, remembrance, and innovation in nature ways, Buddhist philosophy, ancestral wisdom, somatic practice, intuitive development - along with having two engineering degrees - I am a both a mystic and strategist.
Over the years, I’ve deepened my methodology and transformed my own sticky patterns of self-censoring/masking, social anxiety, performing for worth, burnout, creative repression, tangible and embodied scarcity with money, business disempowerment, and abusive cycles with men into the complete opposite - the embodied proof of concept for everything I teach. I scaled to a million dollars revenue in my first few years of business while recovering from adrenal fatigue and hormonal imbalance, trauma, workaholism. I learned to build a business that brings me immense joy and literally gives me and the world life (hence my Life-Giving Business work).
I’m perpetually enlivened and humbled by this journey and feel like I’m just getting started. My most recent big project is founding a nonprofit for education, empowerment, and resources for DV survivors - @phoenixrisenfoundation (tagged in this post for you to follow!). I have a lifetime of work ahead of me that I’m excited for - multiple books, producing a music album, and having children in my heart.

Practitioners, healers, coaches, executives, founders, inventors, and creatives with potent work to channel into the world - methodologies, books, retreats, nonprofits, art, movements, scientific discoveries, businesses that shift paradigms. The inner and outer moving together - deepening and expansion in the worldly and spiritual planes.
My work is for the souls who value integrity over optimization, soulful resonance over gimmicky reach, creating and receiving life over extracting life, root systems over growth hacks, reciprocal contribution over consumptive conversion, intentional power, wealth that circulates over isolates, identity coherent with the soul over identity manipulation stemming from wounds, expressing essence over shaping image, presence over performance, radical interconnectedness over rugged individualism, the long arc over the quick.
