Hi there, I'm Melissa!
I’m a mindfulness and yoga teacher, a writer, a dancer, an environmentalist, and an animal lover who is always in the process of expanding in order to love others, myself, and the world more unconditionally.
I love supporting people in their discovery of their own wholeness and self-love, so that they too can follow their dreams and share the love in supporting others! I’m always dreaming and scheming of new ways to help, whether that be through online courses, traveling to teach, or sharing on Air & Earth Podcast.
A little about my back story: I grew up with a lot of beautiful experiences, but also a lot of difficult experiences that led to me navigating through depression and anxiety from a young age. I became passionate about healing and growth at the age of 16, when I dove deep into my own healing journey. I read self help articles and books constantly. I started journaling and practicing self-care. Along that path I found meditation and yoga, both of which I began teaching in early 2018.
When I’m not working on creating resources to light up others, you can find me traveling, spending time outside (ps. I also have a master’s degree in environmental engineering!), cooking delicious plant-based meals, dancing in my sweatpants, or cuddling with my dog, Forrest,
